    b) Additionally, we may also collect any other information you provide while interacting with us.


  1. Types of information we may collect, use or disclose

    a) Gordon Hay Real Estate collects personal information from you in a variety of ways, including when you interact with us electronically or in person, when you access our website and when we provide our services to you.  We may receive personal information from third parties.  If we do, we will protect it as set out in this Privacy Policy.

    b) Types of information we collect are your full name, your date of birth, your residential address, your postal address, your email address, your home, work and mobile telephone number, your occupation and business address, financial information including details of your employer, income, name of bank or financial institution, details of your spouse, de facto, dependent children, and roommates and details of properties owned by you.
